This was a great shoot. I was late on arrival.. i only had about 20 minutes and already other photographers from press houses were shooting the Michelin chef, Giorgio. I really wanted to do something different so after a few safe shots with a couple of strobes and umbrellas i asked Giorgio if we could head for the kitchen to get some “action shots”. Jihane the editor of Aqua Vitae Magazine, whom I was shooting for gave me the nod and Giorgio was keen to try something a little more less usual. Great when my subject is willing to have a play ! I used a small strobe just behind him to light up the steam as it rolled over his head. Well chuffed with the final shot. Jihane ran the final shot over a double page spread.
